Hotel Harder Minerva - Interlaken

We had an amazing honeymoon at harder minerva! Kareem, the receptionist. The room was spotlessly clean, with a lovely ambiance and nice touches like free chocolates on the bed.

Facilities were good and the place was reasonably clean. Staff was as attentive as possible, we had friendly communication. Loved feather pillows provided in advance. There was a bathtub in the common bathroom. The continental breakfast was VARIED, provided with dire coffee.

Everything was good, I had very nice stay, see u next time. The apartment was comfortable and clean with views of nearby mountains. Bathroom was clean with a shower, a hairdryer, and towels. I liked bread, yogurt, and cheese, served for continental breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay while exploring the nearby attractions like the Tourist Museum of the Jungfrau region and Ice Magic Interlaken. The room was clean and came with a lovely view of the mountains, which was definitely a highlight during my visit. I appreciated that I could store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, allowing me to explore the area without hassle.

It was in an incredible place. The staff was efficient and best. Had smooth check in. We had satisfactory and reasonable breakfast complete with dire coffee.

The apartment was fairly clean and in stunning and best possible location so close to casino kursaal and city centre and attractions. Its private bathroom had a shower and bath sheets for our convenience.

The hotel is well-located near public transportation.

My experience was utterly disappointing. The room I received was dismal, barely enough space to move around, with an annoyingly small toilet. For breakfast, by the time I arrived, there was hardly anything left, and the staff seemed indifferent to the complaints from guests. I felt cheated for the price I paid considering the lack of service and comfort.

The hotel exuded a charming ambiance that celebrated its historical architecture. I loved the complimentary fruit and snacks available in the lounge. The free city bus cards provided were a game-changer!

The breakfast had good options and was well cooked, with juices, hot dishes, yogurt, and cheese, made for a satisfying start to the day. The location allows easy access to shops, markets, and restaurants.

The hotel shows its age, being built in 1891 and requiring further upgrades to its overall standards. The room was small, with a frustrating shower access due to old sliding doors, and lacked a hair dryer. Cleanliness was an issue in one case, with the floor wet and hair found on pillows. The lack of air conditioning could make warm days uncomfortable.

The atmosphere here was almost dreadful, with a nasty urine smell in the shower room and walls so thin I could hear every conversation next door. I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade for all the inconvenience but alas, I left empty handed. My expectations? They definitly weren't met , sadly enough.

Y'all, I had a real nice time here! The location's just perfect, close to everything, and I could peek at those para gliders floatin' by from my room. The staff? Bless their hearts, they were sweeter than a peach in July. Breakfast was decent and hearty. Now, I reckon the bathrooms could use a lil' sprucing up, but it didn't bother me none.

The location was perfect as a starting point for activities like skiing and exploring the area. The staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, and it was great to have a safe at the reception for our valuables.

One downside was the small size of the room and the lack of air conditioning, which might be uncomfortable during warmer days.

Great place with amenities like wi-fi, luggage storage, and a tv. I remember when the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. I'll definitely be back for another trip!

Clean apartment with a nice balcony adjacent to the center of Interlaken. Good and perfect setting close to a park where paragliders come in. Warm and wonderful rooms with an adjoining balcony and views of the mountains.
